Das Clark-Stadium (Clark-Level) ist eine histopathologische Einteilung des Melanoms nach der Eindringtiefe in fünf Niveaus: Level I (Epidermis = Melanoma in situ), Level II (Stratum papillare der Dermis), Level III (Übergang papillär-retikulär), Level IV (retikuläre Dermis), Level V (Subkutis). Es ist ein wichtiger prognostischer Faktor.
